Rules for using Labverity to discover, represent, and engage laboratory facilities.
Regulatory information
FDA-derived records are provided as-is for informational screening. They may be incomplete, delayed, or mismatched, and they say nothing about whether a facility is approved for your work, available, or a good fit. Verify anything you rely on with the facility and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Laboratory-supplied information
A verified laboratory account is responsible for the accuracy, permissions, and currency of the content it publishes. Claiming a facility never changes the underlying regulatory record, and Labverity does not endorse or rate a facility.
Accounts and facility custody
Use accurate work-account information and protect access to your account. Facility claims may be reviewed, disputed, transferred, suspended, or recovered when stronger registration-contact evidence is provided. Do not claim a facility you are not authorized to represent.
Quote requests
Organizations must provide lawful, accurate quote requests and laboratories must use them only to assess and respond to the request. Do not submit controlled, patient-identifiable, export-restricted, or other sensitive documents through a text request. A laboratory response is not a services contract; the parties remain responsible for qualification, confidentiality, commercial terms, and the work.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape or overload the service, bypass access controls, misuse private contact data, impersonate another organization, introduce malicious content, or use the service unlawfully. Access can be limited or suspended to protect users and the service.

Labverity does not provide legal, regulatory, quality, validation, or scientific advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for agreements made with another user.
