Privacy
How Labverity uses information for laboratory discovery, facility claims, and quote requests.
Information we collect
We store account details you provide, laboratory profile content, quote requests and responses, Pharma Watch subscription consent, and limited security logs. Profile media is stored with the facility account that uploaded it.
Registration contacts
Public regulatory sources can include establishment contact names and email addresses. We keep those contacts private and encrypted. They are used only to verify facility claims and send permitted claim-related notices. They are never displayed publicly or sold.
Quote requests and laboratory responses
Quote requests are private to your organization's account and the claimed laboratories you route them to. An unclaimed facility may be told that matching demand exists, but the private request details are withheld. Neither side sees the other's private data.
Public laboratory profiles
Content published by a verified laboratory account—such as assays, instruments, contacts, and a logo—is public and labeled as lab-supplied with its update date. It remains separate from FDA-derived records.
Email and analytics
Pharma Watch signup records your email, consent time, source page, and policy version. No digest is sent until that service launches. Claim verification messages are transactional. Site analytics record non-sensitive usage events and never include emails, quote requests, regulatory contacts, or payment information.
Retention and deletion
When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your access immediately and delete your personal account details within 30 days. Content your laboratory published stays with the laboratory account. If you unsubscribe from Pharma Watch, we delete your stored email address and keep only a scrambled version of it, so we can be sure never to email you again.
Service providers
We use contracted infrastructure providers for authentication, database storage, media storage, transactional email, hosting, and privacy-conscious product analytics. Access is limited to the services needed to operate Labverity.
