Claims are checked against the facility’s own FDA registration contact — the person the firm designated. An exact contact match verifies instantly; a colleague on the same corporate domain verifies with notice to the registered contact and a dispute window; anything else goes to manual review with evidence. Every claim keeps an audit trail, and the registered contact can always take over a profile.
Public records don’t capture pricing, current capacity, or service quality. That’s what claimed profiles and quote requests are for — and why we keep the two layers separate.
Registration contact details are used only to verify claims. They are never displayed, sold, or shared.
